The bible holds authority and should be used as such. It is the plane book,. the resource, the story and the history of God. The bible is the foundation to everything that we do and believe.

So you might be woundering just who I am. I was woundering the same thing a number of years ago. I was not always a beliver. Church was not a big concern in my house growing up. Life was busy with a lot of other things and it just was not a priority. As I got older, and experianced more life experinces,ther always seemed to be somthing missing. Even after meeting the love of my life and having to kids, buying a house, having a stabel well paying job, it was missing still. I linaly found it, it was Christ.
Christ was the one missing in my life and I found Him, and for the last several years I have been walking in my journey with Him. I now understand that as believers, we need to walk a certain way, we need to live a certain way. As men we need to be the head of our house, we need to be the protector, the provider, and the pastor for our families. If we want our children to be armed with the tools they need to resist the world and everything that it throws at them through TV, music, pop culture, then we need to start acting the part now. If we want our wives to be able to rely on us, for protection, for strength, for comfort, us men need to be armed with the tools ourselves. Those tools are in scripture, fellowship, prayer and devotion to our fellow Christians. I have spent the last several years trying to learn as much as I could. About the bible, about Christian life in general, about the holy sprit and how He stirs inside all of us, how to actually study the bible and not just read it, but to peel back the layers and understand what it is that God is truly communicating to us. I built this website and started my YouTube channel so that I could help other men my age do the same. Whether you have been walking with Christ all your life or if you are just starting out and have never picked up or read the bible before, this is the place for you.

Being a faithful Christian is almost a taboo thing in todays society depending on where you live. For me, living in one of the most unchurched cities in the country, Portland, Oregon, I have seen what people say when they find out that I am a follower. Christians have been labeled as intolerant, bigots, and in some cases racist. Add being a man to it, and it dose not get any better, with society trying to take away classic masculinity and replace it with a more subdued version of what a man is supposed to be, it can be intimidating and hard to project what a man should be epically when following God. Make no mistake, real men of faith are needed today more then ever. WE are called to be strong role models for our children, providers for our wives and pilers of common sense and stability in our communities.
To achieve this, it is important to have not only consistent bible study, but to be in contact and connection with other me that are looking to build their relationships with their family and good. The news letter is a perfect way to get consistent motivation, inspiration and strategies on how to help maintain a Christian life, and a Christian household.
